Sonae Sierra wins services contract for Prishtina Mall, largest mall in South-East Europe

• Sonae Sierra will provide leasing and consultancy services to the shopping centre.

Sierra has closed an agreement with the owners of Prishtina Mall, the newest shopping centre set to shortly open in Kosovo, to provide consultancy services for the retail and entertainment scheme.

Covering 239,000 sqm and with a GLA of 115,000 sqm, as well as offering parking for over 3,500 cars, Prishtina Mall will be the biggest shopping and entertainment mall in South-East Europe.

Sierra will provide consultancy services with regard to the tenant mix and operational aspects of the shopping centre, including consultancy on the mall activation.

The contract builds on Sierra’s long-standing international footprint and unique competencies in property management and leasing services, and the company’s capacity to prepare its portfolio of shopping centres under management for the future, through the creation of differentiating and multi-channel experiences, adding value to consumers, tenants, and partners.

Situated at the intersection of the M2 and M25 highways south of the capital city’s downtown, Prishtina Mall will host a variety of internationally-branded anchors and tenants, including fashion and furniture stores, a multiplex cinema, children’s play centre, multiple restaurants and sector leading entertainment venues, with an extensive food court and dining terrace, over three and a half levels.
