2023 GRESB Real Estate Assessment

Both participating funds in the 2021 GRESB Real Estate Assessment (the leading ESG Benchmark for Real Assets) – Sierra Prime and Iberia Coop – were recognised with Green Star status and a 5 Star Rating, the highest GRESB Rating and a recognition for being an industry leader.

GHG Emissions’ targets approved by Science Based Target initiative (SBTi)

In alignment with our unwavering goal to be carbon neutral by 2040 and to limit global temperature rise above 1.5ºC, we defined near-term Science Based targets (2030) to reduce GHG emissions, which were approved by the SBTi in 2023, meaning a significant step towards our sustainability goals and our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
