Joaquim Pereira Mendes is the Chief Legal, Tax & Compliance Officer of Sonae Sierra. His career at Sonae Sierra began in 1989. He is also Professor of Law at the Universidade Portucalense, Porto, and member of the European Legal Group of the ECSP (European Council of Shopping Places).
